    Brittney Asch (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist and the founder of Asch Counseling & Development. Her focus of work is trauma in the LGBTQ+ community and is certified in EMDR therapy. Brittney has grown her practice over the past 5 years and has a passion for helping therapists start and grow their businesses. Through one-on-one consult, Brittney consults with therapists on how to build a values-aligned practice from the ground up. Brittney loves working with entrepreneurs and help them allow their strengths and values to shine through their practice.

    Erica Smith, Therapist/Equity Educator

    Erica Smith (she/her), LCSW is a trauma therapist and equity educator. Erica has her bachelors in Psychology for UNC Chapel Hill and MSW from NCSU. Erica is certified in EMDR Therapy, DBT, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy and primarily serves those who’ve experienced chronic illness, racial or religious trauma, and/or IPV. Erica has both a private practice and equity consulting business with an emphasis on creating accessible and equitable spaces for all humans. Erica’s ongoing experience with her own chronic illnesses has framed her work to create accessible spaces for all kinds.

    Emily May (she/her) is a Marketing Strategist for Therapists & Wellness Professionals and the founder of May Marketing & Media. She received her BA in Comm Media from NCSU. Her work focuses on a well-rounded marketing approach, tailored to each unique business & business owner. She teaches ethical marketing strategies & values-led practices to build long-term trust with your clients. She places a strong emphasis on work-life balance & has developed systems to help Therapists market their practices in a sustainable way so they can earn more & work less without sacrificing their values along the way.
